Pangkal Pinang – Penajaman prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur perlu diperhatikan untuk mendukung transformasi dan akselerasi pembangunan nasional dan daerah, serta meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan keadilan alokasi anggaran dan investasi. Direktur Perencanaan & Pengembangan Proyek Infrastruktur Prioritas Nasional, Sumedi Andono Mulyo menyampaikan bahwa infrastruktur merupakan persiapan untuk masa depan, sehingga bukan semata menjadi belanja infrastruktur namun menjadi investasi, pada saat Rapat Evaluasi Pelaksanaan dan Identifikasi Proyek Prioritas Strategis (Major Project) Tahun 2024,.
"Kalau belanja infrastruktur itu spending, sedangkan investasi infrastruktur itu dalam bentuk aset. Jadi bagaimana kita meningkatkan aset daerah dalam wujud infrastruktur," kata Sumedi Andono Mulyo secara daring saat rapat yang diselenggarakan di Sun Hotel, Kamis (08/08/2024).
Menurut Sumedi Andono Mulyo standar baru pembangunan infrastruktur adalah pembangunan infrastruktur dilaksanakan secara terpadu berbasis wilayah yang berkualitas, berkeadilan, berketahanan, dan berkelanjutan yang menjadi pondasi transformasi sosial, ekonomi, dan ekologi menuju Indonesia Emas 2045.
"Jadi yang akan kita siapkan adalah infrastruktur berkualitas, infrastruktur berkeadilan, infrastruktur berketahanan, dan infrastruktur berkelanjutan. Ini menjadi penting karena menjadi dasar sebagai bagian dari komitmen global, Paris Agreement, SDGs, Sendai Framework on Disaster Risk Reduction, dan G20 Principles for Quality Infrastructure," kata Sumedi Andono Mulyo.
Rapat Evaluasi Pelaksanaan dan Identifikasi Proyek Prioritas Strategis (Major Project) Tahun 2024 ini dibuka langsung oleh Kepala Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Fery Insani. Narasumber lainnya adalah dari Balai Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Bangka Belitung, Balai Wilayah Sungai Bangka Belitung, dan Balai Prasarana Permukimanan Wilayah Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
Infrastructure Investment Shapes Future
Pangkal Pinang - Sharpening infrastructure development priorities is crucial to support the transformation and acceleration of national and regional development and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and equity of budget allocations and investments. Director of Planning & Development of National Priority Infrastructure Projects, Sumedi Andono Mulyo said that infrastructure is a preparation for the future, so it is not merely an infrastructure expenditure but an investment during the Meeting on Implementation Evaluation and Identification of Strategic Priority Projects (Major Project) of 2024.
"Infrastructure expenditure is spending, while infrastructure investment is in the form of assets. So, it is about how we increase regional assets in the form of infrastructure," said Sumedi Andono Mulyo online during the meeting held at the Sun Hotel, on Thursday (08/08/2024).
According to Sumedi Andono Mulyo, the new standard of infrastructure development is that infrastructure development is carried out in an integrated and region-based manner with quality, equity, resilience, and sustainability as the foundation for social, economic, and ecological transformation towards Golden Indonesia 2045.
"So, we will prepare quality infrastructure, equitable infrastructure, resilient infrastructure, and sustainable infrastructure. This is important because it is the basis of global commitments, such as the Paris Agreement, SDGs, Sendai Framework on Disaster Risk Reduction, and G20 Principles for Quality Infrastructure," said Sumedi Andono Mulyo.
Fery Insani, the Head of Bappeda of Bangka Belitung Province, directly opened the meeting. Other speakers were from the Bangka Belitung National Road Implementation Center (BPJN), the Bangka Belitung River Basin Center, and the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center.
