Pangkalpinang – Sekretaris Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Amran, membuka Rapat Pembahasan Pokok-Pokok Pikiran DPRD untuk Perubahan Rencana Kerja Pembangunan Daerah (RKPD) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Tahun 2024, di ruang rapat Pulau Ketawai, Jumat (19/07/2024).
Menurut Amran, berpedoman pada Permendagri No. 86 Tahun 2017, DPRD dapat memberikan saran dan pendapat berupa pokok-pokok pikiran (pokir) DPRD yang didasarkan pada hasil reses atau penjaringan aspirasi masyarakat.
"Pokok-pokok pikiran DPRD ini akan menjadi bahan perumusan kegiatan, lokasi kegiatan, dan kelompok sasaran yang selaras dengan pencapaian sasaran program," kata Amran di depan perangkat daerah di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
Pokok-pokok pikiran yang telah disampaikan diinput ke dalam Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Daerah (SIPD RI). Penyusunan RKPD yang bersumber dari pokok-pokok pikiran DPRD diselaraskan dengan prioritas dan sasaran pembangunan serta ketersediaan kapasitas riil anggaran oleh Bappeda yang berkordinasi dengan perangkat daerah terkait.
Menurut Amran, pertemuan kali ini bertujuan untuk membahas dan memverifikasi usulan pokok-pokok DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung untuk perubahan RKPD Tahun 2024 pada aplikasi SIPD RI.
Babel Gov’t Discusses DPRD’s Ideas
Pangkalpinang - Secretary of Bappeda of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province, Amran, opened the Discussion Meeting of the Regional House of Representative’s (DPRD) Main Ideas for the revision of Regional Development Work Plan (RKPD) of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province of 2024, in the Pulau Ketawai meeting room, Friday (07/19/2024).
According to Amran, based on MoHA Regulation No. 86 of 2017, the DPRD can provide suggestions and opinions in the form of the DPRD's main ideas (pokir) based on the recess or community aspiration screening results.
“The main ideas of DPRD will be the material for the formulation of activities, activity locations, and target groups, in line with the achievement of program targets,” Amran said in front of regional units within the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Provincial Government.
The submitted main ideas are put into the Regional Development Information System (SIPD RI). The preparation of the RKPD, which material originates from the main ideas of the DPRD, is harmonized with development priorities and targets, as well as the availability of real budget capacity, by Bappeda in coordination with relevant regional units.
According to Amran, this meeting aims to discuss and verify the proposed main points of the DPRD to revise the 2024 RKPD in the SIPD RI application.
