Pangkalpinang - Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Kep. Babel) bersama tim Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Injen Kemendagri) mengadakan Rapat Konfirmasi dan Validasi Capaian Realisasi Hasil Pengendalian dan Evaluasi Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) dan Rencana Strategis (Renstra) Perangkat Daerah, Rabu (02/03) melalui virtual meeting.
Kepala Bidang Perencanaan, Pengendalian dan Evaluasi Pembangunan Daerah, Bappeda Kep. Babel, Agung Dwi Chandra mengatakan, tim Inspektorat Jenderal Kemendagri sudah satu minggu lebih melakukan pemeriksaan terkait capaian RPJMD Tahun 2017-2022, baik itu RPJMD induk maupun RPJMD perubahan, dimana pada pemeriksaan akhir masa jabatan gubernur difokuskan pada pelayanan umum, kesejahteraan masyarakat dan daya saing daerah.
“Fokus tim untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait indikator kinerja, ketika data sudah lengkap, data digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan rekomendasi serta memastikan apakah RPJMD sudah on the track dan juga sebagai bahan penyempurnaan Rencana Pembangunan Daerah (RPD) Tahun 2023-2026,” kata Agung Dwi Chandra.
Dijelaskan Agung, rapat konfirmasi dan validasi sendiri akan dibagi dalam dua desk. Desk pertama adalah untuk bidang infrastruktur kewilayahan dan bidang perekonomian dan SDA, sedangkan desk dua adalah untuk bidang pemerintahan dan pembangunan manusia.
“Kami harapkan pada pembahasan desk yang dipimpin oleh tim Irjen dan Bappeda, kawan-kawan perangkat daerah dapat menyampaikan dan mengkonfirmasi data-data yang diminta oleh tim Irjen Kemendagri,” kata Agung Dwi Chandra.
Terkait progress dokumen RPD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Tahun 2023-2026, menurut Agung Dwi Chandra, dokumen RPD saat ini masuk dalam tahap reviu Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIP). Direncanakan pada minggu kedua bulan Maret, dokumen RPD akan disampaikan ke Kementerian Dalam Negeri.
"Untuk itu kami minta kepada perangkat daerah untuk segera menyampaikan evaluasi Renstra PD, karena evaluasi RPJMD dan Renstra menjadi syarat untuk menyampaikan dokumen RPD ke Kementerian Dalam Negeri," kata Agung Dwi Chandra.
Babel and MoHA Validate Realization of Dalev's RPJMD and PD Strategic Plan
Pangkalpinang - Bappeda of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province (Kep. Babel) together with the team of Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) held a Meeting on Confirmation and Validation of the Realization of Controlling and Evaluation of the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) ) and the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of the Regional Apparatus (PD), Wednesday (02/03) through a virtual meeting.
Head Division of Regional Development Planning, Controlling, and Evaluation, Bappeda of Kep. Babel, Agung Dwi Chandra said, the team of Inspectorate General of MoHA would have more than a week to examine the achievements of the 2017-2022 RPJMD, both the main RPJMD and the revised RPJMD. The team will also focus on public services, community welfare, and regional competitiveness in the governor's final term.
"The team's focus is to obtain information related to performance indicators. When the data [collection – transl.] is complete, the data is used as evaluation material and recommendations as well as to ensure whether the RPJMD [implementation – transl.] is on the track and also as material for improving the 2023-2026 Regional Development Plan (RPD)," said Agung Dwi Chandra.
Dwi Chandra explained that the confirmation and validation meeting will be divided into two desks. The first desk is to discuss regional infrastructure and the economy and natural resources matters, while the second desk is for government and human development matters.
"We hope that at the desk discussion led by the Inspectorate General and Bappeda teams, colleagues from regional apparatus can submit and confirm the data requested by the team of Inspectorate General of MoHA," said Agung Dwi Chandra.
Regarding the progress of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province 2023-2026 RPD document formulation, according to Agung Dwi Chandra, the RPD document is currently under review by the government's internal supervisory apparatus (APIP). It is planned that in the second week of March, the RPD document will be submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
"For this reason, we ask the regional apparatus to immediately submit the evaluation of the PD Strategic Plan, because the evaluation of the RPJMD and the Strategic Plan is a requirement for submitting the RPD document to the Ministry of Home Affairs," said Agung Dwi Chandra.
