Pangkalpinang. Bertempat di Hotel Bangka City, Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menggelar Bimbingan Teknis Penyusunan Kerangka Ekonomi Makro, Senin, 27 September 2021.
Pada saat membuka acara, Sekretaris Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung mengatakan, bimtek yang dilaksanakan dengan tatap muka dan online tersebut merupakan kegiatan hari pertama dari tiga hari pelaksanaan kegiatan yang bersumber dari Dana Dekonsetrasi Kementerian PPN/Bappenas Republik Indonesia.
"Pada bimtek ini, kita akan mendengar penjelasan dari narasumber bagaimana merumuskan kebijakan belanja daerah dan penentuan pagu indikatif perangkat daerah dalam mendukung prioritas nasional, yang nantinya akan diharapkan dapat memperkuat substansi dari dokumen yang akan kita susun di masa yang akan datang" kata Sekretaris Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
Kerangka ekonomi makro menurut Sekretaris Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung sangatlah penting, karena merupakan salah satu wujud dari sinergitas antara provinsi, kabupaten/kota dan pemerintah pusat.
Dalam mencapai target ekonomi makro, pemerintah pusat membutuhkan dukungan dari Pemerintah Provinsi, begitu juga dari pemerintah kabupaten/kota.
Ditambahkan Sekretaris Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, didalam RPJMD dan RKPD, dibuat secara khusus Bab mengenai kerangka ekonomi makro, yang dalam Bab tersebut dihitung pencapaian dari target ekonomi makro dengan asumsi yang dibangun untuk mencapai target ekonomi makro.
"Target ekonomi makro ini akan diturunkan ke dalam program dan kegiatan beserta pagu indikatif yang ada di perangkat daerah, secara tematik, holistik dan integratif, untuk mencapai target ekonomi makro," kata Sekretaris Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
Adapun kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari kedepan adalah: hari pertama (27/09), Bimtek Penyusunan Kerangka Ekonomi Makro; hari kedua (28/09), Rapat Evaluasi APBD dalam rangka mendukung keselarasan dengan prioritas nasional; dan hari ketiga (29/09), Rapat Evaluasi RPJMD, Renstra dan Renja PD dalam rangka mendukung keselarasan dan pencapaian prioritas nasional.
Bappeda Babel Holds Technical Workshop for Macroeconomic Framework Development
Pangkalpinang. Located at the Bangka City Hotel, Bappeda of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province held Technical Workshop on the Preparation of the Macroeconomic Framework, Monday, September 27, 2021.
At the opening of the event, the Secretary of Bappeda of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province, Joko Triadhi said that the workshop, which was carried out offline and online, was the first day of the three-day activities funded with the Deconcentration Fund of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas of the Republic of Indonesia.
"At this workshop, we will hear the explanations from the resource persons on how to formulate regional spending policies and determine indicative ceilings for regional apparatuses in supporting national priorities, which will later be expected to strengthen the substance of the documents that we will compile in the future," said Joko Triadhi.
According to Joko Triadhi, the macroeconomic framework is very important, because it is the manifestation of the synergy between the province, regencies/municipality, and the central government.
In achieving macroeconomic targets, the central government needs support from the provincial government, as well as from regencies/municipality.
Joko Triadhi added, in the medium-term regional development planning ( RPJMD) and regional government annual work plan (RKPD), there is a specific chapter on the macroeconomic framework. In the chapter, the achievement of macroeconomic targets was calculated with the assumptions built to achieve macroeconomic targets.
"This macroeconomic targets will be derived into programs and activities along with indicative ceilings of the regional apparatus in a thematic, holistic, and integrative approach, to achieve macroeconomic targets," said Joko Triadhi.
The activities that will be carried out for the next three days are the Workshop for Macroeconomic Framework Development on the first day (27/09), the Regional Budget (APBD) Evaluation Meeting to support the alignment with National Priorities the second day (28/09), and the Evaluation Meeting on RPJMD, Strategic Plan and Regional Apparatus Work Plan in order to support the alignment and achievement of national priorities the third day (29/09).
