Pangkalpinang. Sekretaris Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung berpesan agar Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Selatan dapat mencermati permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kabupaten dan masyarakat Bangka Selatan.
Menurutnya, permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kabupaten dan masyarakat Bangka Selatan diharapkan dapat diakomodir dan dituangkan ke dalam dokumen perencanaan lima tahunan yang saat ini sedang disusun.
"Tentu saja, pemasalahan yang diakomodir dalam RPJMD harus berbasis data dan informasi yang valid, jadi tolong dilihat apa yang menjadi prioritas," kata Sekretaris Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung pada saat membuka Konsultasi Rancangan Awal RPJMD Kabupaten Bangka Selatan Tahun 2021-2026, Senin (10/05), melalui virtual meeting.
Selain itu, Sekretaris Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, berpesan kepada tim penyusun RPJMD Kabupaten Bangka Selatan Tahun 2021-2024 untuk dapat membangun komunikasi dengan DPRD, sebagai bagian dari pendekatan politis.
"Pendekatan politis bukan hanya memperhatikan visi dan misi kepala daerah terpilih, masukan dari DPRD juga perlu kita perhatikan dan kita akomodir dalam dokumen perencanaan, sehingga pada saat pembahasan Raperda RPJMD akan lebih lancar," kata Sekretaris Bappeda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Plt. Kepala Bappelitbangda Kabupaten Bangka Selatan, Herman mengatakan, visi Kabupaten Bangka Selatan tahun 2021-2026 adalah "Basel Maju dalam Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pertanian, Perikanan dan Pengembangan SDM Berbasis Riset, Inovasi dan Gotong Royong,".
Menurut Herman, untuk mewujudkannya, visi Kabupaten Bangka Selatan dirumuskan ke dalam tiga misi daerah. Pertama, mewujudkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkualitas melalui optimalisasi pemanfaatan potensi pertanian, perikanan dan pariwisata secara kreatif dan inovatif melalui penyediaan infrastruktur yang handal dan berkelanjutan.
"Kedua, mewujudkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas, serta ketiga, mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik melalui pelayanan publik yang responsif dan akuntabel,'' Kata Herman.
Pay Attention to Problems in Regency and Community
Pangkalpinang. Secretary of the Bappeda for the Province of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Joko Triadhi, advised the South Bangka Regency Government to pay close attention to the problems faced by the regency and the people of South Bangka.
According to him, the problems faced by the district and the people of South Bangka are expected to be accommodated and incorporated into a five-year planning document currently being prepared.
"Of course, the problems that are accommodated in the Middle-term Regional Development Plan (RPJMD) must be based on valid data and information, so please pay attention to the priorities," said Joko Triadhi at the opening of the Consultation on the Initial Draft of 2021-2026 RPJMD of the South Bangka Regency, Monday (10/05), through virtual meeting.
In addition to the political approach, Joko Triadhi, advised the drafting team of the South Bangka Regency RPJMD for 2021-2024 to build communication with the regional house of representative (DPRD).
"In the political approach, we do not only pay attention to the vision and mission of the elected head of the region, but we also need to pay attention to the inputs given by the house and accommodate them in the planning document so that the deliberation of the RPJMD bill will run more smoothly," said Joko Triadhi.
On the same occasion, the acting Head of Bappelitbangda of the South Bangka Regency, Herman said, the vision of the South Bangka Regency in 2021-2026 is "Advanced South Bangka in Economic Growth, Agriculture, Fisheries and Human Resource Development Based on Research, Innovation and Mutual Cooperation,".
According to Herman, to make it happen, the vision of the South Bangka Regency is formulated into three regional missions. First, achieving quality economic growth through optimizing the creative and innovative use of agriculture, fisheries, and tourism potential through the provision of reliable and sustainable infrastructures.
"Second, achieving good quality human resources; and third, realizing good governance through responsive and accountable public services," said Herman.
