Pangkal Pinang - Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan dan Penelitian Pengembangan Daerah (Bappeda) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menggelar Rapat Rencana Aksi Tindak Lanjut Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP). Rapat yang berlangsung pada Kamis, 25 September 2025 di ruang rapat Pulau Ketawai, Kantor Bappeda, ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi progres perbaikan dokumen SAKIP yang telah disampaikan dua bulan sebelumnya.
Kepala Bidang Perencanaan, Pengendalian, dan Evaluasi Pembangunan Daerah, Aula Dedy Sayogo, menekankan urgensi perbaikan ini mengingat evaluasi SAKIP triwulan kedua akan dilaksanakan pada awal Oktober.
"Bapak Ibu masih punya kesempatan untuk perbaikan atau mengunggah dokumen yang akan diunggah di portal ESR Kemenpan," ujar Aula. ESR adalah portal E-Sakip Review yang dikelola Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi.
Aula menjelaskan bahwa rapat kali ini mengulas kembali beberapa temuan dari evaluasi sebelumnya yang perlu segera ditindaklanjuti. Salah satu poinnya adalah perlunya perbaikan pohon kinerja yang selalu ditekankan berkali-kali dan termasuk yang menjadi temuan yang prioritas untuk dibahas.
"Jadi artinya seluruh pohon kinerja kawan-kawan sekarang harus sudah memakai metoda CSF," tegas Aula. CSF adalah Critical Success Factor atau faktor penentu keberhasilan.
Aula menyampaikan hasil potret nilai SAKIP Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung tahun 2024 yang tercatat di angka 72,92, yang harus ditingkatkan untuk mencapai target yang lebih baik.
"Kita baru di 72,9 untuk 73. Naiknya Alhamdulillah, dari 72,26 ke 72,92. Nah, mudah-mudahan nanti dengan perbaikan kawan-kawan sekarang ini, maka kita akan dapat ya, paling tidak BB gemuk lah loncatannya," harapnya.
Action Plan for SAKIP Follow-Up: Babel Focuses on Improved Grade
Pangkal Pinang – Provincial Development Planning and Research Agency (Bappeda) of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung held the Meeting for Action Plan to Follow Up Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP). The meeting took place in the Ketawai Meeting Room of the Bappeda office on September 25, 2025, and its objective was to evaluate the progress on the improved SAKIP document that had been delivered two months prior.
Head of Regional Development Planning, Controlling, and Evaluation Division of Bappeda, Aula Dedy Sayogo, emphasized the urgency of the improvement, considering the second trimester evaluation would be in early October.
“We still have a chance to improve or upload the document to the ESR Kemenpan portal,” he said. ESR is E-Sakip Review portal managed by the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB)
Aula explained that the meeting this time is to review several findings from the previous evaluation that should be followed up on immediately. One of the points emphasized is the urgency to fix the performance tree, which was mentioned several times and became the priority finding to solve.
“So, it means that all the performance trees must use the CSF method,” Aula underlined. The CSF is Critical Success Factor or determinant factor for success.
Aula revealed the portrait of SAKIP for Kepulauan Bangka Belitung in 2024, which scored 72.92, indicating a need for improvement to achieve a better target.
“We only got 72.9 to be in 73. Praise to God that it still improved from 72.26. Hopefully, after this improvement you are doing now, we can make a leap, at least to fat BB,” he hoped.
